based on a conversation with
me: what if the maxjaards meet my zatga OCs?

me: imagine if one day rosseau's oil industries go dry and he's forced to fine a new oil resource... while he's travelling, he got lost in the zasatu desert, trying to chase a bellybutton dancer [no, bellyBUTTON dancer, not belly dancer] dancing in the middle of the desert [fata morgana, of course] and finally ends up in zatga, still on his camel...

so here it is.
rosseau's looking for either oil or a bellybutton dancer that has been running away from him in the desert [yea, an optical illusion indeed] or both, if he's lucky enough.
he ran from the southern desert of zasatu towards zatga, which lies in the northern part of the continent, and ends up in the middle of the market.
